For anyone to truly celebrate your success, you have to show them how. As (underrepresented) underestimated people, this does not come naturally. We have been taught that our work should speak for us. But this is not the reality here in Corporate Canada. In this lesson, we will teach you how to recognize the uniqueness that you are and then how to celebrate your achievements in the workplace and beyond; yes, even if you are an introvert.

The interview is possibly the most pivotal aspect of your career search but understandably, can be very stressful for most people. Through our collective understanding and experience hiring 100s of Immigrant professionals. We will show you the ropes of how to make the best out of the interview process, keeping in mind that interviews are a two-way street; you are also assessing the potential employer’s offerings which include but are not limited to their culture and compensation. We will teach you key tenets of negotiation like ‘don’t accept the first offer’ and we don’t stop there, we show you what to do instead. Lessons are scheduled to take place for 90mins every Tuesday at 6pm EST.
